New algorithms available for testing by users of the ARA sprayer – Reduction in the amount of plant protection products used on a wider range of crops
Ecorobotix, a Swiss B Corporation® certified company and leader in sustainable AgTech, announces the launch of ten new beta algorithms for its Plant-by-Plant™ AI software, thereby enhancing the adaptability of the ultra-precise ARA sprayer. These advancements expand the range of supported crops, enabling more farmers to reduce the use of plant protection products and adopt sustainable farming practices.
New Beta Algorithms for 2025
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Cotton
- Dicotyledons in cereals
- Leeks
- Ragwort in pastures
- Soybean
- Sweet corn
- Potato volunteers in chicory
- Other cabbages
The beta algorithms are available for free during the testing period. Their agronomic effectiveness is still under development, and users accept the associated risks.
Customers with an ARA sprayer can access these algorithms for free for a limited time. Although still being improved, they offer the opportunity to help optimize their agronomic performance. These beta features provide early access to innovative tools while supporting the development of our precision technology.
Optimized and Paid Algorithms for 2025
The Carrot and Thistle + Rumex (for pastures) algorithms, successfully tested in 2024, are now available as paid features. These solutions have been optimized to offer exceptional precision under varied field conditions, reducing the use of chemicals while ensuring effective crop protection.
Increased Versatility and Sustainability
The ARA sprayer now supports more than 20 crop algorithms, offering unmatched application precision for herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and biostimulants. With reductions of up to 95% in chemical use, this technology enables farmers to adopt sustainable practices without compromising their productivity. Flexible alternatives, such as the “All-Green” or “Row” algorithms, are available for crops not yet covered by our technology.
Ecorobotix’s innovations are available in 15 European countries, Canada, South America, the United States, and New Zealand, thus expanding sustainable agricultural solutions worldwide.
