You joined the company a few months ago. How did you feel welcomed?

I felt welcomed from the start. Everyone was very friendly and I felt like I was arriving in a family. You quickly feel at ease and it puts you in a good mood right away!

What did you find here that you did not find elsewhere?

In our team, sharing our expertise is very important. When faced with a technical challenge, we share our ideas before making a decision. We agree before we move forward together. This is very valuable.

What do you enjoy most about working at ecorobotix?

Here, everyone recognises our qualities and skills and uses them to their advantage. Elsewhere, our qualities are sometimes used but not highlighted. Here, we are respected. Everyone is treated equally.
